We will immediately confirm your requirements by sending a sales order by return.
 
The order will be accepted on receipt of payment, either by direct bank transfer or cheque.

Each order is made specifically for each customer to avoid batch variation.

Orders are normally delivered within 4 weeks from the date of order. If an order is required sooner then please inform us. Installation of the tiles should not be arranged until the tiles have been received.
A 'signed for' courier service is used for delivery to your door. This is usually a next day service within mainland United Kingdom and a 2-5 day service for international consignments including Europe, USA, Canada and Asia.

Any breakages must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

Glazed edges
We can glaze exposed edges. A single glazed edge (SGE) can be requested or a double glazed edge (DGE).  There is a small charge of £0.50 for each glazed edge.
